Patricia Tate

Patricia Tate is executive human resources professional who has shaped high-performing cultures. She has built and led global teams covering all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention, total rewards, compensation, organizational and leadership development, employee relations, workforce planning, and mergers and acquisitions. As a member of executive teams, Patricia partnered with business leaders to develop the best talent and build a culture of engagement, agility and innovation in three of the fastest growing technology companies in Colorado.


Patricia earned her bachelor's arts degree at the University of Texas at Austin., She completed graduate level course work in human resources and she holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. She completed numerous executive leadership and management training programs during her career.


Mark Hennecken

Mark has over 25 years experience in design and management of engineering development projects.  His experience includes the Air Force, startups, mid-stage companies and large Fortune 500 organizations, where he was responsible for building and running the design, test, and small scale production.  He has experience includes test equipment as well as products.  He managed vendor and production partners in Singapore, Japan, Austria, among others, and would meet with present to customers such as CERN and Oak Ridge National Labs.


Mark is an out of the box thinker with 13 patents and numerous design awards for very profitable product development.


He earned his bachelor's of science degree at the Manhattan College, has completed numerous executive leadership, management, and technical training programs during his career.


Frank Woodward

Frank has an exceptional executive sales management track record with over 25 years experience winning several hundred design wins and was instrumental in securing business at Tier-1 OEMs as well as Tier 2-3 OEMs, distribution sales, sales to major vertical and high volume End-Users. His experience spans entrepreneurial startups, mid-stage companies and Fortune 500 organizations, where he has had responsibility for building and running global sales operations.


Frank excels at creating sales strategies based on solid market intelligence, has established strong relationships with key decision-makers in all Market Tiers, builds strategic customer relationships, and implementing sales processes that win, accelerate revenue, and successfully acquires primary source position while tactfully negotiating high profit margins.


Frank earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. He has also completed numerous executive leadership and sales management training programs during his career as well as acquiring leadership qualities as a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Nancy Miller

​Nancy Miller is a senior technology marketing professional with a track record of executing best-in-class marketing initiatives. Her experience spans entrepreneurial startups, mid-stage companies and Fortune 100 organizations, executing effective sales/marketing strategies to establish marketing presence and increase profitability. She has in-depth channel marketing experience with a variety of partner types, including cloud service providers, systems integrators, value added resellers, and distributors.  Ms. Miller has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
